Information we collect

When you submit a form on our sites we collect the information you provide (such as name, company, email, phone number, and details about your business) so we can respond to your inquiry and provide pricing and support.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in, No-Pest Vent may send you SMS text messages about your inquiry, orders, and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information will only be used consistent with this policy.

How we use your information

To respond to inquiries, provide quotes and support, fulfill orders, and (with your consent) send communications. We do not sell your personal information.

QuickBooks integration & payment data

Our ordering portal connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online to create invoices, sales receipts, and customer records for orders you place with us, and to read the payment status and balance of your invoices. We access only the accounting data needed for these purposes — customer records, invoices, receipts, and payments related to your account with us.

We never see or store your full card number. Payment processing is provided by Intuit Payments Inc. (QuickBooks Payments). Card details are sent by your browser directly to Intuit’s secure payment service, which returns only a masked reference (card brand and last four digits) that we may store to enable card-on-file checkout at your request. Authentication with QuickBooks uses Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 — we never receive or store QuickBooks passwords.

Order and account records are retained for as long as you have an account with us, and thereafter as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request a copy or deletion of the data we hold about you using the contact details below; accounting records that we are legally required to keep (such as issued invoices) are excluded from deletion.
