By using No-Pest Vent websites and submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

SMS / text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from No-Pest Vent about your inquiry, orders, and promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

License (End-User License Agreement)

Subject to these terms, P-tec Products, Incgrants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the No-Pest Vent websites and Pro Portal for your own business purchasing purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software, nor use it to build a competing product or access it by automated means except as we explicitly permit. All software, content, and trademarks remain our (or our licensors’) property; no rights are granted except as stated here. This license ends when your account is terminated or these terms are no longer accepted.

Pro portal & ordering

Portal accounts are issued by us to approved trade customers and may be suspended or terminated at our discretion, including for misuse or non-payment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. All orders are subject to acceptance; prices, terms, and credit limits are those assigned to your account at the time of order. Orders are invoiced and, where applicable, charged through Intuit QuickBooks; card payments may include a disclosed processing fee shown before you confirm.

If your account is closed or you disconnect from our services, we stop processing new transactions for you. Data we hold is handled per our Privacy Policy; issued invoices and receipts remain part of our accounting records as required by law. The services are provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the portal is limited to the amounts paid for the orders giving rise to the claim.
